Shipments and Returns
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Southborough, Massachusetts. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If an order is placed over the weekend (after 3pm on Friday thru Sunday), it will typically ship the next business day.
Orders with expedited shipping (2nd day and Overnight) must be received before 2:00 PM EDT to ship same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM may ship the next business day.

Need to return your eyeOs eyewear?
Not a problem! No questions will be asked and an authorization is not needed! All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and in an unused/unworn condition.
Just return the glasses in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. If you don't have your receipt, please contact us at 800-625-1880 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a copy of your invoice. Return shipping and handling costs are your responsibility. Returns will be processed promptly by crediting the card you used for your original purchase.
This Return Policy does not apply to multiple exchanges on the same order.
