I have ordered this pair of reading glasses many times and have been thrilled with the quality and styling. Upon receiving my last order, my glasses fell out of my vehicle without my knowing. A few days later my glasses were found in a major state of disrepair. I had not even used my glasses for 24 hours and when I sent them back for repair, customer service did more than stand behind their product which was damaged (at my negligence), they sent me a new pair for the 12$ repair charge. These are my very favorite glasses and I now have them in multiple colors. Thank you for being the very best at customer service and ensuring that I will be a long term customer. I am so grateful!
